CNC Machinist / ProgrammerSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: Competitive; dependent upon experiencePosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join a precision manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathesInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM filesSelect appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each jobPerform machine setup, offsets, and tool changesEdit and optimize CNC programs for efficiency and accuracyInspect finished parts using precision measuring instrumentsMaintain strict tolerances and ensure quality standards are metTroubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvementsPerform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work areaFollow all safety policies and proceduresQualificationsProven experience as a CNC Machinist and ProgrammerStrong knowledge of G-code and CNC programmingExperience with CNC milling and/or turning centersAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferredPreferred SkillsExperience with CAD/CAM softwareKnowledge of various metals and machining methodsLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceBenefitsFull-time, stable scheduleCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for skill growth and advancementSupportive, team-oriented work environment
