Sr Mgr IT Vendor Management

Senior Manager, IT Vendor Management at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson) leads strategic governance, performance oversight, and relationship management for technology vendors. The role establishes vendor management practices across Technology Services, aligning vendor partnerships with business objectives and driving value realization across the vendor portfolio.

Responsibilities

Define and implement vendor management strategy, governance processes, and performance expectations across Technology Services
Establish and manage strategic vendor relationships aligned with technology strategy and business priorities
Lead vendor lifecycle governance including selection, onboarding, performance reviews, renewals, and exits
Drive vendor cost optimization, value realization, and contract terms improvement
Establish vendor governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews using SLAs and KPIs to ensure accountability

Requirements

Strategic vendor management and vendor governance experience
IT service management and technology vendor portfolio oversight
Commercial negotiation and contract management expertise
Risk management and compliance knowledge across vendors
Leadership experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Performance management and SLA/KPI oversight capability
