Technician $45,000 - $85,000

Master Technician $75,000 - $115,000

Senior Master Technician $105,000 - $185,000

Responsibilities:

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and following dealership policies and procedures

Test-drive vehicles, verifying work and proper operation of systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and special service equipment

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed

Utilize Internal Escalation Process during difficult repairs

Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs

Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

Ambitious, hardworking, and seeking advancement

5+ Years of Ford Service Technician experience preferred

Ford specific diagnostic testing experience preferred

Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies

Excellent customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Positive, friendly attitude, enjoys having fun

Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

Ability to collaborate effectively

Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures

Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment IDS/FDRS

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

Valid driver's license

Ability to pass a background check
