High School Business Education Teacher

Conestoga Valley School District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated High School Business Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong background in business education, and the ability to engage and inspire high school students. Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in business education subjects such as accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, and business ethics Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback to support their academic development Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, share resources, and enhance the overall educational experience Stay updated on current trends and developments in business education to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective Participate in parent-teacher conferences, school events, and professional development activities Exemplify the Profile of a CV Learner competencies: Innovative Problem Solver, Communicator, Collaborator, Lifelong Learner, and Global Citizen Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Education, or a related field A State teaching certification Strong knowledge of business education curriculum and instructional strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Commitment to professional development and staying current in the field Any of the listed certifications are required.
