Help with grooming, bathing, mobility, and other tasks to improve quality of life. Communicate changes in residents’ condition, complaints, or issues with staff. Qualifications Professional representation of Palolo Chinese Home. Meet attendance requirements and complete attendance sheets. Comply with training school requirements and graduate from the program. Attend additional training during non‑classroom periods. Pursue certification as a Certified Nurse Aide within the timeline. Withstand odors and behavioral characteristics of aged residents. Work an 8‑hour shift from 2–10:30 pm or 10 pm–6:30 am. Stand and walk throughout the shift. Push beds, wheelchairs, or recliners with residents weighing over 200 lb.
