Client-Focused Remote Advisor

What This Role Is

Work from home full time, helping individuals and families evaluate life, health, and financial protection options by phone. You will learn what each household needs, explain available coverage, make recommendations, and guide clients through the application process.

Warm leads are provided from individuals who have requested information, so you can focus on building relationships, making recommendations, and closing sales. Training, scripts, and ongoing support from a team lead are provided. Compensation is performance based, with commission and additional rewards for strong results.

Day to Day

• Contact new leads while their interest is fresh.

• Learn each household's needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

• Explain plan options, costs, benefits, and key differences.

• Answer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process.

• Complete applications accurately with clients.

• Follow up with prospects who need additional time or information.

• Keep customer and sales activity records up to date.

Qualifications

• Able to explain insurance options clearly and confidently.

• Comfortable making recommendations and asking for the sale.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-directed and dependable in a remote work environment.

• Open to coaching and motivated by performance.

• Curious about insurance and willing to learn different products.

• Careful with details when completing applications and records.
