Outpatient Clinical Supervisor - Primary Care

Outpatient Clinical Supervisor Inova Primary Care is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be a full‑time evening position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Outpatient Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities Oversees and assists team members in the assigned functional area, ensuring the team meets key deliverables, quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing performance, and assisting with time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed. Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols. Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum. Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team. Minimum Qualifications Education: Vocational/Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing. License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Experience: 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experience. Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
