Operations Manager

Operations Manager to $100K - Project Support Role! Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily initiatives and operational success. In this role, you'll become the central administrative and project-focused resource, partnering closely with senior leaderships to keep priorities moving. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of experience in a project support capacity and enjoys wearing many hats. Work Model: Hybrid Degree: Preferred Responsibilities include supporting a variety of operational and administrative projects across the organization; maintaining trackers, timelines, and follow-up items to ensure initiatives stay on schedule; coordinating meetings, calendars, and logistics for senior leaders and external stakeholders; assisting with preparation of materials for leadership and board-level meetings; supporting event planning and internal initiatives; monitoring day-to-day operational needs and helping resolve issues as they arise; and providing general administrative support where needed to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate possesses at least 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role; strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities; polished written and verbal communication abilities; comfort interacting with senior-level stakeholders; a proactive, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves work style; professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment; and an interest in contributing within a small, collaborative office environment.
