Lease Administrator

Responsibilities

Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to support a large national real estate portfolio. This position is responsible for reviewing and interpreting commercial lease agreements, maintaining critical lease data, coordinating rent payments, tracking key dates, and ensuring lease obligations are accurately administered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial real estate, lease administration, property administration, lease auditing, or portfolio support experience who enjoys analytical work and problem solving.Responsibilities:

• Review and abstract commercial lease agreements
• Maintain lease records, critical dates, and contractual obligations
• Verify landlord invoices and ensure charges align with lease terms
• Support rent payment processing and research discrepancies
• Review real estate documents and maintain document management systems
• Track renewal options, notification requirements, and other key lease dates
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, landlords, and vendors
• Assist with portfolio administration and reporting activities
• Support subtenant administration and rent collection processes when applicable
• Research and resolve lease-related issues and exceptions

Skills

• 2+ years of lease administration, property administration, commercial real estate, lease auditing, contract administration, or related experience
• Experience reading and interpreting commercial lease agreements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with financial information, invoices, or reconciliations
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
