In this pivotal frontline leadership role, you will orchestrate daily operations across 11 state-of-the-art surgical suites equipped with advanced robotic technology and cutting-edge cardiac instrumentation. Serving a certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and a designated Level III Trauma Center, you will coordinate complex, high-acuity workflows, mentor staff, and champion clinical safety. Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What you will do in this role:

• Delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing all daily functions and operations within the department during the designated shift.
• Directs, evaluates, and monitors nursing care in collaboration with the management team to ensure strict adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Serves as a vital resource person for the clinical team, modeling organizational values to support departmental performance and an unparalleled patient experience.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS issued from American Heart Association required
• CNOR is preferred.
• CVOR experience.
• 1 year of clinical Operating Room experience as a licensed RN in a hospital required.
