Five Guys Burgers and Fries – Immediate Shift Leader Position Are you passionate about making delicious hand formed burgers and fresh cut fries in a fun, fast-paced environment? Shift Leaders are expected to provide excellent customer service and prepare great food for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized restaurant. As well as being proficient in all areas of the restaurant, the Shift Leader is also responsible for but to limited to:
- Ensuring proper quality (Quality Control or QC) of food and service
- Ensuring the practice of proper food safety and handling by the Team
- Communication with the Team in an efficient and proper manner
- Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness during both peak and non-peak hours of business
- Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above
- Being fully aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
- Cash management/handling9. Shift Management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members)
