School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Franklin, Indiana

Youll provide compassionate, expert care in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The anticipated assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through the end of the academic year, with a regular, full-time schedule Monday through Friday. Key Qualifications: Active SLP license required Previous experience in school settings is preferred Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other related service personnel Eagerness to work with diverse student populations across a range of speech and language needs Primary Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30-60 students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain thorough, compliant documentation for all services rendered Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and staff to monitor progress and update goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that helps every student achieve their communication goals Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a weekly pay schedule and a highly competitive compensation package between $50-$60 per hour, reflecting your skills and commitment.
