Qualifications

• Bachelorâ€s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or related field
• Valid driverâ€s license (required for field travel)
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs
• Design and execute field recruiting strategies that support those needs
• Source qualified candidates using databases, networking, referrals, job fairs, and online resources
• Lead and organize local job fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting efforts
• Review applications and match candidates to job requirements
