$45,000–$55,000 / ($22–$26/hr)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD Technician / Draftsperson to support the development of construction drawing sets, to help bring bike parks, action sports facilities, trail systems, and outdoor recreation projects to life.
You'll work alongside our landscape architects, bike park designers, trail planners, and construction teams on projects across the U.S. and beyond.

Prepare assemble construction documents (CD) sets, including site plans, grading plans, elevations, cross-sections, and technical details.
Develop construction details for complex and non-standard site features, concrete geometry, retaining elements, and custom steel fabrication.
Utilize 2D drafting and 3D modeling software to refine designs and solve construction challenges.
Translate design concepts, sketches, surveys, and field data into accurate, and well organized plans.
Maintain CAD standards, drawing organization, and quality control across project documentation.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and construction teams to accurately communicate design intent.

Graduated from (or enrolled in) CAD program.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (Civil 3D preferred).
Strong understanding of construction detailing, line weights, sheet organization, complex geometry, and plans/profiles.
