We’re seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality services for the 2026-27 academic year. With three available roles, you can choose the setting that best fits your expertise and interests—all are dedicated onsite positions with manageable caseloads.

Position Highlights:

• 3 available roles:
  • Full-time at a high school
  • Split between two elementary schools
  • Split between a middle and elementary school
• Caseloads are approximately 60 students
• Contract spans the full school year (August 4, 2026 – May 27, 2027)
• 37.5 hours per week, providing a stable schedule
• Onsite work only—engage directly and foster relationships with students and staff

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Active Alabama SLP license
• Alabama SLP Educator certification (verification available on the state website)
• Experience delivering school-based or K-12 services preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive language, speech, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Track student progress and document all services provided
• Participate in IEP and team meetings as needed
• Provide both individual and group interventions
