Call Center Representative

Location: Chelmsford, MA At Metro Medical, you will provide professional and comprehensive support to a diverse range of companies that include medical offices, apartment complexes, professional services, and more. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities involve managing a high‑volume of inbound calls and ensuring any message taken is captured efficiently and accurately. You will receive training on our internal advanced call processing systems and industry‑leading tools. This is an inbound call‑center role; telemarketing calls or sales solicits are not part of the position. We look for dedicated, open‑minded individuals seeking a long‑term career and who bring an upbeat tone, strong command of English, and a typing speed of at least 35 WPM. Punctuality and accountability are essential for lasting teamwork.
