Position Overview We are now hiring for a Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a clinician who is passionate about combining their clinical work with their Catholic faith. Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active residency/associate license (in Virginia or Maryland), or clear intent to start residency with an approved supervisor
• Approved supervisor for residency/licensure (as applicable)
• A strong desire to integrate Catholic faith into counseling practice

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Availability for high-priority time slots: early mornings, evenings, weekends
• Advanced training or certification in a specific modality or therapeutic approach
• Strong interest in developing a clinical niche/specialty
