Join a growing team with a 4-day work week, overtime opportunities, and on-the-job training for mechanically and electrically inclined individuals.Job Details:Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; 48 hours guaranteed per weekOvertime available Friday and SaturdayPay: $21–$28/hour DOEContract-to-HireFlexible to work 1st shift now and potentially transition to 2nd shift in the futureKey Responsibilities:Assist in the installation and wiring of electrical systems and components on aerial lift equipmentRoute and connect wiring, harnesses, switches, and electrical componentsUse hand and power tools to assemble and install equipmentFollow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructionsPerform basic testing and inspections to verify functionalitySupport troubleshooting and repairs as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaIf you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, apply now to get started!What We're Looking For:Mechanical or electrical aptitude and a willingness to learnComfortable using hand and power toolsManufacturing, assembly, maintenance, automotive, construction, trade school, military, or electrical experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Preferred Experience (Not Required):Electrical assembly, wiring, or technician experienceReading blueprints, wiring diagrams, or schematicsUsing multimeters or basic testing equipmentAutomotive, industrial, or mobile equipment electrical workBasic mechanical or hydraulic knowledgeTrillium Technical has been recruiting and placing Engineering professionals for over 30 years.
