The Waters of Batesville

We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented cook who takes pride in preparing delicious, nutritious meals and creating a positive dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare quality meals according to menus and residents’ dietary needs.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
Work cooperatively with dietary staff to provide excellent resident care.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Cooking experience preferred; healthcare or institutional dietary experience is a plus.
Ability to prepare food in large quantities and follow instructions.
Reliable, caring, and committed to serving older adults.
