Hi! I’m Katie Blankenship, local Owner/Operator of GoldenT Inc., and I first want to say how excited I am that you’re considering joining our team.

I am a proud second-generation McDonald’s owner, following in the footsteps of my mom. After graduating from Loveland High School and the University of Tennessee, I was accepted into McDonald’s Next Generation Owner Program and spent six years training before becoming an approved Owner/Operator in 2008.

Choosing McDonald’s was the best career decision of my life. I love the fast-paced, ever-changing world of this business — and most of all, I love watching people grow.

This role is vital in the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves

• Have a side of smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and/or make menu recommendations

• Focus on the food: Prepare and present delicious food

• Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

• Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most importantly, have fun!

To be successful in this position, you’ll need:
