Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ProHealth Care.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience

Required Credentials: Associate’s Degree or Certificate

Shift & Scheduling: On Call/Call Back Requirements: None Every 3rd weekend; Holiday rotation Holiday: Memorial Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve; New Year’s Day

Floating Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago, and other units as needed.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
