Requirements

Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training
Ability to pass background checks and have reliable transportation to Burns, OR
Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and some evenings
Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility
Build meaningful relationships and emotional support to promote independence and quality of life
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and report any changes in client condition

Requirements
