- Ability to pass background checks and have reliable transportation to Burns, OR
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and some evenings
- Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility
- Build meaningful relationships and emotional support to promote independence and quality of life
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in client condition
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to pass background checks and have reliable transportation to Burns, OR
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and some evenings
