Job SummaryTampa Bay Sports is seeking organized, detail-oriented team members to support our e-commerce operations as the official online retailer of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Sun FC. This role plays a key part in delivering a top-notch fan experience, with a primary focus on the accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick products for online orders using packing slips or pick listsPack items securely for shipping, ensuring products arrive safely to customersPrint and apply shipping labels; prepare shipments for daily FedEx pickupsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing/shipping workspaceHelp consolidate and organize inventory to maximize storage efficiencyRestock e-commerce inventory and pull new merchandise from the warehouseAssist with product tagging, promotional packaging, and special projectsSupport returns and exchanges processingParticipate in cycle counts, inventory audits, and other retail operations as neededProvide support during promotions, game days, and special eventsMay be assigned to work in different functions of retail or event types as needed, including concerts, hockey games, the plaza store, warehouse, etc.QualificationsAt least six months prior experience working in customer serviceAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, or retail is preferredFamiliarity with Shopify and ShipStation is preferredCapable of multitasking and prioritizing in a deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to occasionally support other areas of retail operationsAvailability during peak seasons, game days, and promotional events may be requiredWorking ConditionsMust be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, walk long distances and climb stairs.Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in the English languageAbility to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or peopleAbility to work comfortably around special effects including, but not limited to: haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.Ability to work in loud environmentsAbility to lift and carry up to 25lbsMust be able to walk up to 0.5 miles to and from designated employee parking areas, including in varying earther conditions and during high-traffic event timesMust have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperaturesWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
