Job Overview The Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Department of Operations, Business Analytics and Information Systems (OBAIS) – Operations Management – is accepting applications for one or more term adjunct (part‑time) faculty positions in operations & supply chain management. The role includes teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses and seminars in areas such as Introduction to Operations & Supply Chain Management, Lean Six‑Sigma, Project Management, Service Operations, Supply‑Chain Management, Supply Chain Resilience and Security, Procurement/Sourcing Management, Customs Administration, Logistics, and Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Operations & Supply Chains. Essential Functions Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate‑level courses and seminars on a part‑time basis. Serve as an academic adviser for students and evaluate student coursework. Engage in activities ancillary to or in support of teaching responsibilities. Review and respond in a timely manner to all University‑related communications. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex material to students unfamiliar with a subject. Ability to work and collaborate with others. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Management or a related field.
