Assemblers NeededHiring assemblers near you! Up to $19.66/hour. Weekly pay! 3rd shift.This role focuses on assembling a wide variety of mechanical units and support assemblies in a manufacturing environment, following engineering specifications and standard work instructions. You will work across multiple stations and assembly lines, use a broad range of hand and power tools, and ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints and data plates, and comfort working at heights and in a busy production setting.ResponsibilitiesAssemble a wide variety of mechanical units and support assemblies at designated workstations according to engineering specifications and standard work instructions.Perform all functions in each station and feeder area within the assigned department, with the exception of welding.Flex between different work stations and assembly lines as production needs change.Identify, select, and correctly assemble all required parts and subassemblies in the proper sequence for final unit assembly.Utilize a wide range of hand, power, and air tools, including drills, grinders, and impact guns, to complete assembly tasks.Read and interpret blueprints, bills of material, data plates, and product documentation to guide assembly work.Apply proper sealing procedures for all products to ensure performance and reliability.Understand motor sizes and read data plates to ensure correct component selection and installation.Perform basic plumbing and electrical work on units as required by product design and specifications.Install special accessories on units, understanding their function and proper installation procedures.Work from ladders up to 20 feet in height safely and effectively when required.Follow material ordering systems to ensure correct materials are available at the point of use.Essential SkillsGeneral knowledge of construction and assembly of related mechanical equipment.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble complex mechanical units and interrelated subassemblies.Ability to read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, and bills of material.Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and air tools such as drills, grinders, and impact guns.Basic math skills and ability to use hand-held measuring tools to verify dimensions.Why Work Here?Join a company that has been a global leader in energy-efficient, sustainable, and ecologically responsible heat transfer and thermal storage solutions for more than 70 years.
