Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented, freelance-to-hire Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and the ability to translate requirements from marketing briefs into a creative suite of marketing assets including digital, brand, paid, retention and more that captures the attention of our target audience. You will be working closely with our Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to create visual concepts that communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate our customers. Our team is passionate about our customers, products, and their experience with our products, so the ideal candidate will also harness a personal connection with our brand and develop an intuition for our customers along with an ability to highlight our aesthetic in a way that draws others in visually. Responsibilities Work alongside the Creative and Marketing teams to expand and communicate the brand’s visual identity consistently across all marketing touchpoints through print, e-commerce, email, social media, and web & digital brand collateral Execute day-to-day, monthly, and seasonal design requests Assist in the design process from concept to execution including layouts, design, asset rollouts, toolkits, creative reviews, and any other requested marketing materials Ability to maintain quality while delivering multiple projects and deadlines Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team to ensure proper resolution to questions and issues that arise during the design development process Perform photo editing + retouching / image manipulation as needed Curate digital assets and maintain server file organization Review final designs with Creative Director, Sr. Art Director, and Brand/Marketing Team for full approval Assist in shaping the way we communicate our visual identity to multiple audiences through many product offerings Qualifications Ability to multi-task and manage several different projects with strong attention to the details Highly proficient with design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere is a bonus Desire to work alongside a growing brand in a fun and fast-paced environment Experience 2+ years previous experience in graphic design production at a brand or creative agency Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Employee discounts and perks Hybrid office-home schedule (two in-office days per week) Flexible paid time off Paid maternity/ paternity leave 401K, 50% company match up to 7% of salary Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding, innovative company For any inquiries regarding legitimate open positions, please refer directly to our official job postings via LinkedIn or email our Human Resources Director at View email address on click.appcast.io.
