**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our business. The Assistant General Manager will play a key role in managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
