Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Start your new career as a Forklift Operator with MAU at our client in Bardstown, Kentucky. As a Forklift Operator, you will support barrel processing and warehouse operations by ensuring safe equipment operation, maintaining quality standards, and helping the team meet daily production goals. What We Offer: * $17-$21 per hour * 12-hour rotating schedule * 1st Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM * 2nd Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM * 2-2-3-2 rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off) * Temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours * Health benefits * Dental insurance What We're Looking For: * High school diploma/GED is preferred * Ability to operate powered industrial equipment * Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly * Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to follow safety procedures, SOPs, and operational guidelines * Preferred: 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator: * Follow and promote all safety requirements related to barrel processing and warehouse operations * Safely operate equipment and industrial vehicles * Report safety concerns, accidents, and near misses immediately * Participate in safety inspections and accident investigations * Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work environment * Ensure daily production goals are met while following safety, quality, regulatory, food safety, and environmental standards * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies * Perform quality inspections, equipment operation, cleaning, and plant maintenance * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control * Contribute ideas to improve daily operations and departmental KPIs * Communicate effectively with team members and other departments * Work with leadership to develop skills and improve performance * Maintain professional relationships and contribute to a positive team environment
