Staffing Consultant

PrideStaff Memphis, TN is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Staffing Consultant. Our office requires an individual who is committed to the team and mission of our organization, is professional, has strong communication skills and readily trainable.


This position is Full-Time - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm . This is IN OFFICE, not remote. Payrate is $40,000-$50,000 D.O.E!!!!!

Responsibilities:

As a Staffing Recruiter , you'll be the primary point of contact between PrideStaff, our client, and our associates working at the distribution centers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Associate Management: Oversee the performance and well-being of PrideStaff associates, including coaching, counseling, and addressing any workplace issues.
  
• Client Relations: Foster a strong partnership with client management, ensuring their staffing needs are met and service expectations are exceeded.
  
• Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the PrideStaff branch team to anticipate staffing needs and assist with the onboarding process for new associates.
  
• Problem Resolution: Act as a first point of contact for any associate or client concerns, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  
• Safety & Compliance: Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
• Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.

PrideStaff hiring requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.as well as valid picture ID
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug and background check
• Must have reliable and consistent means of transportation
