- A strong letter of interest documenting suitability for the position
- Copy of current coaching certificate and CPR/First Aid certificate
- Copy of certificate of completion of the head injury training requirement (Module 15) from the CT Coaching Education Program (CCEP)
- A letter of recommendation.
