Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access activities with professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, integrity, and customer service while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative workplace.

Pay Rate: $16.26 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and customer support expectations at the location.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related activities according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access control and visitor processing, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or operational issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
