Store Manager

Position Summary As a CVS Health Store Manager you will lead a single‑unit retail operation, managing staff, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding the CVS Health brand promise. Primary Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate front store and cross‑trained staff. Develop and publish staffing schedules 3 weeks in advance, ensuring labor cost compliance. Improve store performance (sales, service, loyalty, shrink, compliance) through coaching and continuous improvement. Maintain a safe, clean, high‑quality work environment in compliance with all regulations. Provide timely training for front store and cross‑trained colleagues. Conduct regular check‑ins with direct reports to track business goals and maintain engagement. Build and sustain strong relationships with Pharmacy, MinuteClinic and other in‑store teams to foster a #OneTeam culture. Partner with the Front Store Director to set priorities, launch new initiatives, and engage staff. Represent CVS Health positively within the community. Schedule & Physical Requirements Work flexible schedules including early morning, evening, closing, and weekend shifts. Minimum: two closing shifts per week and four weekend shifts per month. Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 10 lbs. frequently. Education & Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 1‑3 years of relevant work experience. Must be 18 years of age. Completion of all required training within the required timeframe. Required Qualifications Proven leadership and coaching skills. Strong scheduling and labor cost management abilities. Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy Technician licensure. Bachelor’s degree. Compensation Annual salary ranging from $77,000 to $115,000. Eligible for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs. Benefits Full‑time benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings, and wellness programs.
