Fatherhood Case Manager: Coaching & Community Resources
Talbert House
Talbert House in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Case Manager for the Fatherhood Program (Preble County). You will provide individual coaching and guide fathers with goal setting, parenting support, and referrals, while coordinating case management services. The role requires an Associate’s degree in behavioral science or related field, plus strong organizational and communication skills.
