We are seeking a full-time Sales and Lot Assistant ! We are looking for someone to take ownership of our vehicle merchandising and lot operations in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone dependable and career-minded who is looking to grow into increased responsibility.

• Vehicle merchandising and lot presentation
• Taking and managing vehicle photos
• Maintaining overall organization and flow of the lot
• Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly
• Moves cars as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards
• Assists supporting the service and sales teams as directed
• Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management
• Clean and detailer vehicles on lot and for customers
• Assisting with oversight of part-time lot technicians
• Supporting additional dealership needs as assigned

• History of excellent attendance and work performance
• Previous dealership, merchandising, or related experience preferred
• Proficient in photography
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take on leadership responsibilities
• Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record required)
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Be able to work full-time
