170,000 - 200,000
Seeking a Public Law & Finance Associate with 3+ years of municipal finance experience. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional, drafting, and analytical skills, experience representing public and private sector clients, and admission to the California State Bar.
Qualifications
- Experience representing public agencies, underwriters, lenders, or borrowers in municipal finance transactions
- Strong drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience managing transaction documents, due diligence, and closings
- Ability to analyze complex financing structures and regulatory requirements
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused
- Admission to the State Bar of California required
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California bar (or eligibility)
- 3+ years of relevant experience for junior–mid level; more for senior-level hire
- Demonstrated experience with CEQA, municipal law, land use, or public transactions preferred
