Pharmaceutical Machine Operators

Salary: $15 - $18/hour

We are hiring pharmaceutical machine operators for a company in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in the manufacturing of vitamins and supplements.

Responsibilities:

Set up machines for production
Feed the machine with the appropriate powder
Verify proper release of capsules
Monitor weight variations and recover powder from vacuum systems
Supply raw materials (powder and capsules) as needed
Complete batch records accurately and on time
Keep the work area clean and in compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail and basic math skills
Previous experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing (preferred)
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and move drums weighing 50 to 100 kg with assistance
Able to use ladders when necessary
