We’re seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreman to lead crews on roadway and underground utility projects in the Durango, Colorado area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in building quality infrastructure and running safe, productive jobsites.

We’re seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreman to lead crews on roadway and underground utility projects in the Durango, Colorado area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in building quality infrastructure and running safe, productive jobsites.

- Lead and supervise field crews on roadway, grading, and underground utility installations
- Coordinate daily work activities, equipment, and materials
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grade stakes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain production schedules and communicate progress to Project Managers and Superintendents
- Troubleshoot field challenges and keep projects moving efficiently
- Oversee installation of storm, sewer, and water systems
- Perform quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
- 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong background in roadway construction and underground utilities
- Proven leadership experience managing crews in the field
- Ability to read blueprints and understand grading/layout
- Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety
