Role: Technology Lead -.Net / Webservices/WCF(Restful/SOAP)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Austin, TX
Qualifications
- Basic: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in working on middleware development in .Net. Building components, libraries, Services using C#.Net, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF/WebServices/WebAPI in an SOA world.
- Strong understanding of processes and threads with at least 4 years of experience in creating Multithreaded, multi-node, high performing applications.
- Ability to effectively improve the performance of the components/applications/services.
- Deep understanding and application of object oriented programming.
- Well versed with various design patterns.
- At least 4 years of experience in creating abstract business layer and data access layers.
- Strong SQL Server development knowledge with at least 2 years of experience in writing complex DB objects as well as performance tuning it.
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile, Scrum or Kanban Methodologies.
- At least 3 years of experience in tools such as Jira, Jenkins and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Knowledge in NO-SQL environment, MongoDB is a value add.
- At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- Ability to work in team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience in Trading, Financial Services and Wealth Management is preferred.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment with teams located at various locations.
