Trauma-Informed Youth Therapist (Residential)

Open Door Youth Services in Kentucky is seeking a licensed clinical professional to conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to youth in residential care. You will collaborate with residential staff, schools, and medical providers, maintain documentation, and participate in treatment planning and discharge planning.
