Part-time, permanent opportunity for a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

Provide respiratory care and life-support services to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions in acute and critical care settings.

Work two 12-hour shifts per week, with varied scheduling and benefits eligibility.

Local candidates are preferred, and compensation starts at $40/hour based on education and experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provide respiratory care and life-support services to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.

- Manage ventilator, BiPAP, and CPAP equipment.

- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis.

- Administer respiratory medications through nebulizers and metered-dose inhalers.

- Cross-train in pulmonary function testing (PFT).

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver prescribed acute and critical care.

- Serve as a resource for respiratory therapy staff and support departmental training.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Associate degree or higher required.

- Valid respiratory therapist license; must maintain active licensure.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification highly preferred.

- Local candidates preferred.
