Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions with the residents as assigned
• Assist licensed therapists and nursing staff in implementing restorative nursing programs and rehabilitation activities
• Support residents with daily activities such as mobility, range of motion exercises, and personal care tasks
• Monitor and document residents' progress, responses to therapy, and any changes in condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents during therapy sessions
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by licensed therapists and nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members regarding care and progress
• Adhere to all safety, health, and confidentiality policies and procedures

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus, CNA preferred
• Willingness to attend the 120-hour PA Nurse Aide Training Program (Company Paid)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Basic knowledge of restorative nursing principles and practices
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living
