We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers with timely, thoughtful service. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys resolving issues across phone and email channels. The person in this role will help strengthen customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting service concerns, and ensuring each interaction is handled with care.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer questions and concerns through phone and email while delivering a detail-oriented and helpful experience.
• Investigate service-related issues, including connectivity concerns, and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Manage multiple browser-based systems at once to document interactions, review account details, and complete follow-up tasks accurately.
• Handle customer complaints with patience and sound judgment, working to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear and detailed records of customer communications, actions taken, and next steps.
• Support customer success by identifying needs, setting expectations, and helping create positive ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams when additional assistance is needed to address complex customer situations.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.

• Strong written communication skills for clear and effective email correspondence.

• Ability to navigate multiple browser windows and web-based tools efficiently.

• Experience resolving customer concerns while maintaining a calm and solution-focused approach.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting connectivity-related issues.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.

• Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

• Associates Degree or relevant experience
