We are hiring individuals to join our manufacturing teampeople who take pride in working with their hands, care about quality, and are committed to doing their best every day. If you've worked in construction, carpentry, automotive, paint, or metalworkor just love to build and learnthis is a place to grow.
About the Work
On the factory floor, you'll be part of a team that shapes, finishes, inspects, and packs guitars by hand and with machinery. This is physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be trained on the job and supported by a team that values precision, pride in craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic.
What We're Looking For
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and follow production processes
- Comfortable working with tools and machinery
- Ability to work in a physically active, team-based environment
- Basic reading and writing skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Experience in woodworking, carpentry, sanding, painting, or metalwork is preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify employer)

Sobre el Trabajo
En nuestra lnea de produccin, formars parte del equipo que da forma, pinta, inspecciona y empaca guitarras. Es un trabajo fsico y manual en un ambiente de ritmo rpido. Te capacitaremos y contars con el apoyo de un equipo comprometido con la calidad.
Lo Que Buscamos
- Atencin al detalle y enfoque en la calidad
- Ganas de aprender y seguir procesos establecidos
- Comodidad usando herramientas y maquinaria
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y realizar trabajo fsico
- Habilidad bsica para leer y escribir en ingls (bilinge es una ventaja)
- Experiencia en carpintera, pintura, lijado o trabajos similares es preferida pero no requerida
- Debe pasar verificacin de antecedentes y prueba de drogas
- Autorizacin legal para trabajar en EE. UU. (empleador que utiliza E-Verify)
