Director of Guide Training & Readiness (Remote)

Devoted Health Services, Inc

Devoted Health is seeking a Director of Guide Training within the Guide Training function. You will own strategy, operating plan, budget, and a team of managers to drive training from onboarding through 90-day proficiency for Guides across the organization.

You will lead Learning Design, Training Delivery, and Measurement and Readiness, while scaling capabilities for new products and market segments, including remote work with onsite expectations a few times per year.
