Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled CT Tech to perform routine and advanced CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced, trauma level 1 setting. The ideal candidate will operate GE CT equipment independently, ensuring compassionate patient care and high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities:

Operate GE CT scanners to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging exams for ED and inpatient clients.
Ensure accurate positioning and technique for trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA procedures.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards using Meditech system.
Respond effectively to emergent imaging needs in a trauma environment.
Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver compassionate and efficient patient care.
Keep equipment functioning optimally and report any technical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

ARRT Radiography certification required; CT certification preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating GE CT equipment independently.
Proven ability to perform routine and trauma-specific CT exams.
Strong understanding of patient safety, positioning, and imaging protocols.
Experience working in a level 1 trauma or ED setting highly preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
