Job Title: Content and Social Media Specialist Department: Marketing Reports To: Director of Marketing Location: Sioux Falls, SD Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Aladdin is seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Content and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the Director of Marketing with creating content, managing our social media channels, and help maintain all marketing channels. This role requires excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience (including internships) who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Create and publish content across digital and traditional marketing channels. Help coordinate the production, filming, and editing of video content for social media platforms. Support the execution of company-wide marketing campaigns and initiatives. Assist on collaborating with departments across the organization on marketing projects and campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels. Assist with managing and maintain HubSpot and Mailchimp platforms. Support employee engagement initiatives through internal communications, newsletters, and company events. Perform other related marketing duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing or equivalent field (Communications, etc.) 1–2 years of marketing experience, including internships Understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be resourceful and have strong problem-solving skills Preferred Experience in B2B and/or service or product marketing Familiarity with HubSpot and MailChimp Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud's Premiere Pro and After Effects Programs Experience with basic video editing Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Retirement benefits Professional development opportunities About Aladdin Aladdin is a financial and compliance support partner serving trucking companies across the United States.
