Position Overview The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population while collaborating with an experienced behavioral health team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and clinical evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs. Provide ongoing clinical care, counseling, and/or medication management as appropriate to your scope of practice. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Collaborate with other providers and members of the treatment team. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, staff, and referral sources. Maintain compliance with all applicable Florida laws, regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, professional workplace culture. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Licensed and in good standing in the State of Florida. Compassionate, dependable, and professional. Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player. Excellent at communication, organization, and clinical documentation. Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Comfortable working with a diverse population and a variety of mental health concerns.
