This is NOT just a front desk position. Our Spa Associates build relationships with guests, recommend services and memberships, and create an exceptional spa experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Build strong relationships with members and guests
• Recommend memberships, services, upgrades, and promotions
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage guest experiences from check-in to check-out
• Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism
• Support the team in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
