This onsite contract position offers the chance to collaborate with a supportive educational team and provide essential services to a caseload of 15-18 students. The role spans Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm, allowing for up to 40 hours per week of enriching interaction and hands-on instruction.

Qualifications:

• Active Adapted Curriculum teaching license required
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Proficiency in developing, adapting, and implementing IEPs
• Strong skills in communication and collaboration with students, families, and colleagues
• Dedication to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction according to students’ needs
• Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet unique learning requirements
• Conduct assessments and monitor students’ progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents
• Maintain accurate documentation of student achievements and IEP milestones
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages student growth
