Facilities Technician III

Location: South Columbus (Rickenbacker Area)

Schedule: 2nd Shift or 3rd shift

Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairs
• Support building operations, including lighting, fire safety, boilers, compressors, and power systems
• Install and repair plumbing systems, doors, gates, and other building equipment
• Respond to maintenance issues and help keep the facility safe and operational

• 5-7 years of facilities maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

A skilled facilities technician with strong HVAC experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex building systems, working hands-on, and keeping critical facility operations running efficiently.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
